Eric the owner shared his personal story about why he started this business and it was very comforting. It felt genuine knowing that the person who runs this services was someone who knows exactly what the customer is going through. We contracted with them to help my elderly grandfather after he got out of the hospital. The coordinator who reached out let my family know that at any time, day or night, if we needed anything to reach out her. She was very clear about expectations and costs. The caretaker who was sent to us was also amazing. She was very attentive, nice, and most of all caring. My family and my elderly grandfather instantly felt comfortable with her. She also understood Spanish so it made it easy for my grandparents to communicate with her. This has been a difficult time for our family as I'm sure it is for everyone who has to go through these struggles, it feels very comforting to know there are people in this industry and companies like this who truly care and make this process just a little bit easier. I would recommend this agency to any one who asks.

We have had a home care agency caring for my dad for a year. When our care situation fell apart our previous agency was no longer able to serve us, citing a shortage of employees, which we know is real, but we felt left in a terrible lurch. After many frustrating and unsuccessful calls to multiple agencies we found Around the Clock Home Services. From the outset it was a completely different conversation. They were warm, professional, did not promise anything they would not be able to deliver and was willing to work with our situation. Our new caregiver is like a breath of fresh air in my parents life, because of both his outstanding care of my dad and his sensitive kind, respectful treatment of my mother. I can honestly say there is a huge improvement from our previous provider and we honestly had no complaints about them. Bravo!!!
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Around The Clock on several occasions.Ms Cynthia, the caregiver supervisor has the most professional attitude i have seen in years. She's geniually care for the clients and as well as the caregivers. She goes beyond the call of dutie especially when it comes to making sure the clients and as well as potential clients get the VERY BEST CARE which is rare in the world we're living in today.I also want to recognize Eric the owner of Around The Clock. Around the Clock was amazing. They helped me make a very difficult transition with my mother go perfectly! From the first phone call, they responded to my needs quickly. They were friendly on the phone, helpful with the financial part and the in-home care itself was spectacular! I appreciate the individualized care my brother receives from the caregivers. They encourage him to stay active, keep him on schedule with meals, and get him out of the house for short outings, things he isn't able or inclined to do on his own. Just having someone there to converse with is a bonus in that it helps him stay sharp. Additionally, they have saved me lots of time by helping with shopping and prescription pick-ups
I was in awe the way Rhonda was so patient with my mom, answering same questions over and over that had nothing to do with why Rhonda was there. Mom was very resistant to having someone in her home,Rhonda seems to have made mom feel a little better about it.. Unfortunately mom passed before we were able to get her help at home If Rhonda is any indication of how this home health care company is, I think they are awesome...
I was in search of in home care for my father who did not want to leave his home. I found Around The Clock Home service from a place for mom website it referred me and I spoke to a woman named Kristine. Super helpful and friendly. I was able to find an affordable service with excellent care givers. I would highly recommend this to any one of my close friends and family who need in home care.
Around The Clock has been a fantastic help for my older mother. Hannah initially sent over two different caregivers for us to meet with. Both were excellent and after starting with one of them, it's been a great experience. The caregiver is always on time and very receptive to my mother's needs from cooking to cleaning to walking her dog and much more. I highly recommend their services.
We've been using their 24/7 services for about 3 years now, and are very happy with the care that they are providing to my mom and her husband. They have been quick to address any questions/issues that we've had, and have been able to react appropriately whenever a caregiver has had to be unexpectedly absent. Would recommend giving them a shot if you have a care giving need.
Very impressed and highly recommend ATC home service. My 90 year old mother needed assistance after breaking her hip. It was our first time getting this type of service and we were apprehensive and had lots of questions. ATC answered all our questions and my mom loved the caretaker(s).
