This page explains what we collect on this website, who sees it, and how to reach us about it. It is written for the family member who fills out a form or calls us, not for lawyers.

Who we are

Around The Clock Home Services (ATCHS) is a family-owned, non-medical in-home care agency serving Los Angeles County. This policy covers the website at aroundtheclockhomeservices.com and the contact forms on it.

We are not a hospital, clinic, or home-health agency. This is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. California's consumer privacy law still applies to personal information we collect, including health-related details a family member chooses to share.

What we collect on the website

If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, typically your name, phone number, and something about the care your family needs.

If you use the request-a-callback form, we collect your first name, last name, a phone number or email address (or both), the page you sent it from, and the message you type. That message often describes a parent or another relative: their situation, what kind of help you are looking for, and sometimes health or living details. We ask you not to include Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, or other account numbers in the form.

The form also includes a hidden field used only to discourage automated spam. A person never sees or fills it in.

The accessibility button in the header stores your display choices (font size, contrast, and similar) in your browser only. Those choices are not sent to us.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are opened. Google LLC receives the page address, a rough location, the browser type, and a cookie Google sets so it can tell visits apart. We have turned off Google's advertising and remarketing features. We do not send the contents of the contact form to Google Analytics, and we do not run advertising pixels.

The company that hosts the site (Vercel) receives ordinary technical logs when a page is requested (for example an IP address, browser type, and the page address) so the site can be served and kept online.

How a form reaches us

The contact form is sent from your browser to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-delivery service. Web3Forms then emails the submission to our agency inbox. We do not run our own server that stores form contents.

That means Web3Forms is a service provider for these messages. Their privacy policy is on their website. We do not control how long they keep a copy of a submission on their side. Once it arrives in our inbox, we treat it as a care enquiry and keep it as long as we need it to follow up, provide care if you become a client, or meet record-keeping duties.

How we use what you send

We use website enquiries to call you back, understand what kind of care might fit, schedule a free in-home assessment if you want one, and if you become a client, to start a written care plan. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train public AI systems.

If you become a client, later records about care in the home are handled as part of that service relationship, not as website marketing data. This page is about the website.

Who else may see it

Besides Web3Forms (form delivery) and Vercel (website hosting), a form message may be seen by the people at ATCHS who answer the phone and review new enquiries. Google Analytics sees page visits only, not the contents of a form. If we later use a shared agency inbox or a care-management tool, those providers would see what they need to deliver that service.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we believe in good faith that we must in order to protect someone from serious harm.

Your choices in California

If you are a California resident you may ask us what personal information we have collected about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. For example we may keep what we need to complete a conversation you started or to meet a legal duty.

Health-related details you put in a form are treated as sensitive personal information under California law. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to arrange care. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising, so there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” signal to honor on this site today.

To make a request, call (310) 940-0191 or email atchs.hannah@gmail.com. Tell us which email or phone number you used on the form so we can find the right record. We will not require you to create an account.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging care for a parent or another adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 through the site.
