By using aroundtheclockhomeservices.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Around The Clock Home Services, a family-owned in-home care agency serving Los Angeles County. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can still call us at (310) 940-0191.

What this site is for

The site is here to help families understand in-home care and to make it easy to reach us. The articles and service descriptions are general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise that a particular schedule or caregiver will be available on a given day.

We provide non-medical support: help with daily living, companionship, and related care in the home. We do not provide skilled nursing or other medical care through this website.

Enquiries and care

Sending the contact form or calling us is a request to talk, not a contract for care and not a guarantee that we can staff a start date. We will tell you honestly what we can do. Any care we provide begins only after a written care plan you approve.

Hours are flexible (a couple of hours a day, or full-time), but staffing depends on caregiver availability in your area. Rates discussed on the site, including the 24-hour live-in figures in the FAQ, are typical ranges. Your written quote after an in-home assessment is the rate that applies.

Your use of the site

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to break it, overload it, or submit false or harmful information through the forms. Do not copy the site's design, photographs, or copy for another business without our written permission.

The site and its contents belong to Around The Clock Home Services or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share a link to a page. You may not republish the articles as your own.

Links and third parties

The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Vercel. Their services have their own terms. We are not responsible for websites we do not operate.

No warranties about the website

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we offer it as-is. Pages may be out of date, a form may fail to send, or a city we serve may not yet appear on a list. If something looks wrong, call us and we will sort it out.

To the fullest extent California law allows, ATCHS is not liable for damages that come only from using or being unable to use this website, for example a form that did not send or a page that did not load. That limit does not take away rights you have under a later care agreement, or rights that cannot be waived.

California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
